"On arrival, two men, one aged in his 30s and one in his 40s, were sadly found deceased inside the property.

"A police van came past us. The traffic is all backed up everywhere."

Another nearby resident said she could see at least six police cars and two ambulances and it seemed a "serious" incident.

The incident led to congestion in the city centre as the road was sealed off.

Traffic maps showed traffic slow moving and stopped in surrounding streets.

It is not known if the deaths are being treated as suspicious.
