Closure of Torrisholme Road cancelled

The planned closure of Torrisholme Road (B5321) from Russell Drive to Barley Cop Lane from Saturday October 24 (6am) to Monday October 26 (5am) has been cancelled.

The planned closure of Torrisholme Road this weekend is not taking place.

M6 link road contractors Costain said the closure is no longer required due to the successful installation of the temporary works last weekend (October 17 and 18)

The next full closure of Torrisholme Road will now be on Saturday October 31 from 6am to 8pm.

A series of weekend closures of Torrisholme Road for bridge deck works started on Saturday 3rd October .
