Ceremony for VJ Day and World War Two

The Lancaster branch of the Royal British Legion is holding a short ceremony at the Lancaster War Memorial on Saturday August 15 at 11am to commemorate the 70th Anniversary of VJ Day and the end of World War 2.

People are being invited to lay a red rose at the cenotaph at the start of the ceremony.
