CCTV appeal following assault at fast food restaurant in Lancaster

A member of staff at McDonald’s was punched in the face by two men after asking one of them to leave the restaurant.

Police have released CCTV images of the men after the assault at 1.30am on Sunday, March 8.

It is believed that two men entered the restaurant but soon after one of the men was asked to leave.

As both men reached the main doors to leave, they pulled the member of door staff to the floor and punched him several times in the face, resulting in a cut to his head.

PC Stephen Kavanagh of Lancaster Police said: “We are keen to trace the two men pictured in the CCTV images and would urge them to come forward, or anyone with information about their identities to make contact with us as soon as possible.”
