Car crashes into petrol station window at Forton

A car crashed into the filling station shop at Forton services.

Police were called by the ambulance service at 5.40pm on November 5 to reports a black Peugeot coupe had gone into the petrol station window.

There was damage to the window but not the brickwork.

North West Ambulance Service sent an ambulance to the scene but the man and woman travelling in the car were not taken to hospital.

Lancs Road Police reported there were no injuries.

Forton Services were unavailable for comment.
