Canal art recognised

Lancaster Canal Trust has adopted a new Livery for their boat ‘Waterwitch’.

It was decided to use the coat of arms of the cities, towns and villages that the canal services. The livery, painted by hand in 2013 including Lancaster and Kendal, as well as the castles, received instant recognition and resulted in a mayoral trip. Pictured is driver of the boat, Ian Hill, with the new livery.
