Broken down trailer blocks Galgate road

The back wheels of a farm trailer came off on a road in Galgate causing traffic disruption.

Police were called to Main Road in Galgate at 1.30pm on September 16 by the driver of the tractor and trailer to say they had broken down on the A6.

Police had to close the road and it was reopened by 2.35pm.
