Birds of prey to visit Lancaster shopping centre

Boo the Eurasian Eagle Owl, Simba the Kestrel and Timone the Barn Owl, who all live at the Corio Raptor Care & Rehabilitation Centre, are flocking back to the shopping centre after a hugely successful display last year.

The birds of prey show will take place between 10am and 4pm in the main square at Marketgate Shopping Centre. The shows are always very popular and Corio Raptor will interact with shoppers by introducing the birds, explaining their history and natural habitat.

All birds are friendly and approachable.

Corio Raptor Care & Rehabilitation Centre specialises in the care and rehabilitation of sick, injured and mistreated birds of prey, each year the centre receives up to 100 birds.
