Armed robbers jailed for six years

TWO brothers who escaped with £28,000 after an armed raid at a Lancaster building society have each been jailed for six years.

Dominick Garside, 22, of Stockport, and Christopher Garside, 25, of Rhyl, had admitted robbery and possession of an imitation firearm following the raid at Marsden Building Society in Church Street on March 29.

Today, both were jailed for six years by a judge at Preston Crown Court.
