Lancaster author offers luxury hotel break prize

The Lancaster author of an historical adventure novel is offering his readers the opportunity to win a luxury break.

‘Letters from the Past’ writer, Keith J Wilson, has arranged for one of his readers plus guest to enjoy dinner, bed and breakfast for two nights at the hotel closest to where part of his novel is set.

The winner is in for a treat as Fawsley Hall Hotel & Spa is considered one of England’s finest country house hotels, situated within a mile or two of Preston Capes which features in ‘Letters from the Past’.

Keith, whose son Adrian worked for the late Dame Elaine Kellett-Bowman when she was MP for Lancaster, has received excellent reviews for his book which is set during the English Civil War.

Son Adrian is proud of his father’s achievement in writing ‘Letters from the Past’.

He said: ‘I’m always on the phone telling him how unputtabledownable it is.”
