So who’s up for some classic family panto then?

Aladdin is on at The Platform this Christmas offering all manner of magic carpet, genie and lamp-assisted shenanigans.

The show stars glamorous actress and singer Lucinda Rhodes as The Enchantress. Lucinda is known to younger readers for her roles in ‘Cave Girl’ and ‘My Parents Are Aliens’, or as the spoilt ‘WAG’ Jodie Stone to fans of the hit Sky One football drama ‘Dream Team’.

Anthony Proctor stars as Abanazar and Nicola McAllister plays Aladdin.

Shows are on Boxing Day at 2.30pm, Friday, December 27 at 2pm and 7pm, Saturday, December 28 at 2pm and 7pm, Sunday, December 29 at 2pm and 7pm and Monday, December 30 at 2pm.

Tickets cost £8 per adult, £7 per child and £26 per family (2+2) and are available from the box office at Morecambe Visitor Information Centre at The Platform and Lancaster Visitor Information Centre at The Storey Centre, or call 01524 582803.

Don’t forget there are also Christmas shows for all the family still going on in Lancaster too.
