MoralCare has a mission to look after people in their own homes in a dignified, high-quality manner and their work is being recognised at the highest level.

The care provider has been given a flawless 2023 Care Quality Commission inspection report, with 100 per cent positive feedback from all staff, clients and inspectors.

MoralCare’s goal is to support people to continue to live comfortably in their own surroundings, preventing unwanted hospital admissions and helping to safeguard vulnerable people, as well as the NHS, from preventable admissions.

Managing Director Rebecca Williamson said: “I started MoralCare to bring back morals to the home care industry, with a view to improve the care sector as a whole, putting people first.

“We strive to make a difference to seniors’ lives and to bring back enjoyment and fulfilment in everyday life.”

Because Rebecca and the other owners are carers, they have the knowledge to deliver a superb service to those who need it. She added: “We’ve experienced poor standards in other companies, we know what works and what doesn’t.

“We don’t stick a tunic on someone’s back and call them a carer. Our team is well qualified, trained and supported to deliver the highest standards of care but, most importantly, all of our carers are trustworthy, reliable and cheerful.”

MoralCare is proud to make a difference. Rebecca explained: “We pride ourselves on our continuity. Care in a person’s own home can be daunting, especially if you have lots of unknown faces coming in and out. One of our newer service users told us she saw 20 different faces in one week from her previous care company before we supported her and she felt completely invaded. We allocate a small compatible team for service users to build trusting relationships with and familiarity.”

Rebecca says they receive feedback telling them they have made people’s lives worth living again and that their quality of life has significantly improved since they started care for them.

All of the reviews on their website and online are exceptional – here is just one from the daughter of a service user: “I can say with total confidence that MoralCare has been nothing short of miraculous and their professionalism, efficiency, dedication, kindness and compassion have transformed mum, who had indeed suffered at the hands of two care companies run by owners whose sole motivation was to make money at the cost of both their staff and service users.

“MoralCare is a shining example of a heart-centred company that provides a beacon and role model to all companies in this sector.”
