Lancaster care home helps spread a bit of positivi-tea!
The home joined in with a National Virtual Tea Party on April 21.
Supplied with a selection of biscuits, cakes, and of course, teas for the event, residents of Laurel Bank also had lots of fun taking part in sessions including sharing a cup of tea with their loved ones over Skype.

“What would we do without a cup of tea!” was a regular comment, “especially in these difficult times!”
Lyndsay Scott, General Manager at Laurel Bank, said: “In these unprecedented times, providing a range of engaging activities for our residents is more important than ever.
"Residents really enjoyed the choice of teas, cakes and events for National Tea Day, and as a nation who truly loves their tea, it was great excuse for an afternoon brew and a natter. It was also a good way to celebrate our longest reigning monarch”.
