Georgia Simm completed her Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship at Knight Training UK.

She said: “I was supported throughout my apprenticeship with ongoing coaching to help me develop essential skills. They could see my potential and encouraged me to achieve.

"This opportunity has benefited me greatly in my career. I have learned what it is like in the world of work and what employer expectations are.”

Georgia was also given responsibility for building the company’s on-line presence by managing their social media channels which she really enjoyed. So much so, she is now continuing to develop her digital media skills by enrolling onto a range of “Social Media for Business” courses at Lancaster & Morecambe College.
