Tara McLaughlin, Head of Employer Engagement and Recruitment Services, said: “We are delighted with the recognition this award brings to the University. It is the result of a cumulative effort and sheer hard work from a wide range of people across the University.

Lancaster is proud of its distinctiveness and our engagement strategy ensures that our points of difference are made really clear to our key employer stakeholders. This award highlights that by listening to our employers’ needs, crafting our offer to help to connect them with our ambitious, aspirational and diverse students, they can recruit the very best future talent to grow and innovate their organisations.

“The small team of two - Nuala Lewis and Angela Bywater - have worked hard to build and maintain relationships with recruiters new to Lancaster University while continue to innovate and expand our engagement with existing employers.”

The award highlights Lancaster University within the single most influential employer group in the graduate marketplace, with more than 500 members' organisations.
