Institute of Student Employers award for Lancaster University

The award refers to the FutureTalent strategy led by Head of Employer Engagement and Recruitment Services Tara Mclaughlin and delivered by Careers and the Faculties.

The strategy was introduced to support a more tailored and strategic conversation with key graduate employer stakeholders.

Tara McLaughlin, Head of Employer Engagement and Recruitment Services, said: “We are delighted with the recognition this award brings to the University. It is the result of a cumulative effort and sheer hard work from a wide range of people across the University.

“The small team of two - Nuala Lewis and Angela Bywater - have worked hard to build and maintain relationships with recruiters new to Lancaster University while continue to innovate and expand our engagement with existing employers.”

The award highlights Lancaster University within the single most influential employer group in the graduate marketplace, with more than 500 members' organisations.
