The UK’s leading band of mind-blowing illusionists and magicians, Champions of Magic, take to the road to once again baffle, stun and mesmerise audiences all over the country.

From March 26 to April 10, Queen of close-up magic Fay Presto, grand illusionists Young and Strange, master mentalist Alex Mcaleer and ‘International Stage Magician of the Year’ Edward Hilsum will be performing incredible feats of mind-reading, stunning close-up, daring large-scale illusions and a death-defying, heart stopping finale.

Touring since 2013 and seen by more than 50,000 people, this is the champion of all family viewing magic shows.

The production design team have worked with world-class artists including Lady Gaga, Calvin Harris and Fatboy Slim and the Illusions used in the show were built especially for Champions Of Magic by the same designers as used by Disney and David Copperfield.

Producer Alex Jarrett said: “This crack-team of illusionists are introducing even more impossible tricks to an already jam-packed show, making it more explosive than ever before. These five world-class magicians are ready to stun and amaze the whole family, so don’t miss it!”

Fay Presto is known for the Queen of Close-up magic, having performed for every member of the Royal Family and was awarded the Magic Circle’s ‘Close Up Magician Of The Year.’

Alex McAleer is a master mind reader and has featured on ITV’s ‘Good Morning Britain.’ Edward Hilsum has won the ‘International Stage Magician Of The Year’ award.

The show is popular with a very wide demographic, from young families to older generations.

The acts are not targeting magic fans specifically, it is just as much for those who have never seen live magic before, but perhaps have taken an interest due to the recent surge of TV magic.

Champions of Magic will be coming to the Lancaster Grand Theatre on Wednesday March 30 at 7.30pm.

They are the UK’s largest touring magic show.

Tickets cost £23 for adults and £15 for students and children.

As well as Champions of Magic the Amazing Bubbleman Louis Pearl will be visiting the Lancaster Grand Theatre.

He explores the breathtaking dynamics of bubbles, combining comedy and artistry. Pearl has been thrilling schools and family audiences around the world with the art, magic, science and fun of bubble since 1983.

Tickets for both shows are available on 01524 64695 or by visiting online at www.lancastergrand.co.uk/shows.
