A LANCASTER boxer is set for a title clash this month, fighting on the same card as the son of middleweight legend Chris Eubank.
Phill Fury, cousin of Morecambe’s British and Commonwealth heavyweight champion Tyson Fury, will take on Barnsley’s Lee Noble for the Central Area Middleweight title in Rotherham on Saturday, February 18.
The 10-round battle will be on the undercard of the latest card promoted by Mick Hennessey.
Also on the bill at the Magna Science Adventure Centre, Chris Eubank Jnr will take to the ring for his second professional fight in a show headlined by one of Hennessey Sports’ top prospects, Sheffield’s Kid Galahad.
Galahad will be vying for his first professional title when he takes on former British and Commonwealth champion and IBF world title challenger, Nottingham’s Jason “2 Smooth” Booth for the WBC International Super Bantamweight title, which has been previously held by great fighters like Manny Pacquiao and Naseem Hamed.
The two headline fights will be live on Channel 5.
