Chisnall crashes out in first round

An out of sorts Dave Chisnall crashed out of the Cash Converters Players Championship Finals at the first round stage on Friday night.

The Morecambe darts ace was the number one seed after finishing top of the Pro Tour order of merit but was whitewashed 6-0 by Wayne Jones.

Chisnall missed several doubles as he tried to get back into the match but saw his chances quickly evaporate at the Butlins Minehead Resort.
