Five wickets apiece for Sam Calverley and Steph Dixon fired Heysham to a 15-point victory at Silverdale on Saturday.
In one of just eight games to beat the weather across the five divisions, the visitors won the toss and elected to bat.
Wickets tumbled at regular intervals with only Calverley (20) and Dixon (18) managing double figures.
Moffat (6-20) and Mason (4-31) did the damage for Silverdale as Heysham were bowled out for 83.
Calverley (5-23) then made in-roads with the ball early on for Heysham and when skipper James Whincup elected to take star man Reg Cupit out of the attack in favour of 19-year-old spinner Dixon the game swung firmly in the visitors’ favour.
Calverley and Dixon ripped through the Silverdale innings to bowl them out for 60 as Heysham sealed victory.
