Iain Burstow top scored with 30 and Lukman Vahaluwala (4-24) and Mitch Bolus (3-25) were St Annes’ best bowlers St Annes were made to fight for their win and chasing a reduced total due to rain reached their target of 90-7 in 30.5 overs thanks to a stand by Mikey Harling (13no) and wicketkeeper David Watson (10no).

Liam Moffat with 4-42 off 15 and professional Michael Barry 3-31 also off 15 didn’t make it easy for St Annes, but it wasn’t enough to avoid defeat for Lancaster.
