Dave Chisnall faces Raymond van Barneveld in the latest round of the Betway Premier League Darts at Sheffield’s Motorpoint Arena on Thursday night.

Having survived the drop at the expense of good friend Wes Newton last time out in Cardiff the Morecambe ace now has the challenge of facing the Dutch great as the remaining eight stars continue their battle for places in May’s Play-Offs.

Chisnall and Van Barneveld’s clash is the opening match on the night with the Dutchman doubling up against a man who also plays twice, Peter Wright.

Wright also faces Gary Anderson with league leader and reigning champion Michael van Gerwen taking on Scottish ace Robert Thornton.

The night’s other game is an all-Stoke affair as resurgent Phil Taylor plays recent UK Open champion Adrian Lewis.

Coverage on Sky Sports 2 starts at 7pm.
