Morecambe boss Jim Bentley hailed another stunning away performance after The Shrimps won 5-2 at AFC Wimbledon on Saturday.
The visitors edged a crazy opening period 3-1 before punishing the Dons on the break in the second half to complete a third straight victory on the road.
Bentley said: “It was a cracking win for us on our travels again.
“We’ve got plenty of good attacking options in the group and it doesn’t surprise me that we’re scoring goals.
“It was a very physically demanding game against two big centre forwards.
“There were plenty of balls thrown into the box and we had to stand up and be counted and be men and the two centre halves did that today.
“It was backs to the wall at times but we defended really well and we know we’re a really good counter attacking side which was typified in the second half with the goals that we scored.
“It was a great away performance and hopefully we can now go back home in front of our home fans on Tuesday (against Crawley) and get back to winning ways there.”
