NEW Shrimps boss Jim Bentley has announced his backroom staff.
Former TNS manager Ken McKenna will be his assistant manager with Shrimps legend Stewart Drummond taking over the mantle of first team coach and reserve team manager.
McKenna, 50, a prolific goalscorer in his days as a player with Telford and Altrincham led TNS into Europe by winning the League of Wales on three occasions and picking up three runners-up spots in a seven year spell.
Last year he took over as manager of Altrincham when they had just one point from nine games and almost steered them to safety in the Blue Square Bet Premier League.
Bentley said: “I have known Ken for a long time and have always admired him.
“He lives and breathes football and has an excellent knowledge of the game.
He has had a good record as a manager and a coach and is also a great motivator.
