In THE Sam Price Memorial Cup second round, Freehold raced into a 2-0 lead against Swarthmoor Social Club who didn’t have time to settle.

Freehold’s goals were scored inside the opening ten minutes, first by Stuart Clarkson and then Ian Palwakar.

For the remainder of the half Swarthmoor had to dig in to keep themselves in the game.

The second half saw Swarthmoor get into their stride and survived two strong appeals for penalties before Ryan Lackey pulled a goal back.

Swarthmoor then piled on the pressure and got their reward with an equaliser scored by Joel Lackey.
