MORECAMBE boss Jim Bentley admits he is getting increasingly frustrated by the lack of transfer activity at the Globe Arena.
The Shrimps’ manager has seen his hopes of signing several targets dashed in the past fortnight but said he will continue to do all he can to bring in new faces to his squad.
He said: “It has been a difficult time because we have missed out on several players for a variety of reasons including finance and location.
“We are not blessed with a massive budget as most people know but we are still keen to bring in players who will improve us.
“I have been watching a lot of games at all levels with Ken McKenna to cast our eyes on players and we have other scouts all over the country looking at players who have been recommended.
“It is difficult but as I have always said, there is no way we will be rushed into anything for the sake of it.”
