Fury training at Morecambe gym ahead of Chisora clash

Tyson Fury is training at Skerton Amateur Boxing Club’s new gym as he keeps himself sharp ahead of his rescheduled clash with Dereck Chisora.

The pair meet at London’s Excel on November 22 having seen their July 26 clash postponed when Chisora picked up a hand injury.

Fury returns to camp with trainer and uncle Peter Fury at the Team Fury HQ in Bolton on September 15 and is using the former Lancaster Boxing Academy premises on Langdale Business Park, White Lund Industrial Estate in the interim.

He is training Morecambe’s up-and-coming featherweight star Isaac Lowe, as well as younger brother, heavyweight Hughie ‘Young’ Fury.

Lowe’s next outing will see him feature on the undercard of a show headlined by home favourite Kid Galahad, the European and Commonwealth Super Bantamweight Champion, live on Channel 5 at the Ponds Forge Arena in Sheffield on September 20.

The 20-year-old is currently 8-0 and is based in Bolton with Fury for training.
