SIXTEEN talented acts have been chosen to contest the final
of Lancaster and Morecambe Newspapers' Talent On Show competition.

Auditions on Friday saw 38 entrants whittled down to a final list that includes singers, musicians, dancers, a magician, an acrobat and an impressionist.

The complete list of finalists, who will compete for a £500 cash prize at the Grand Final in the Hexagon, Lancaster and Morecambe College, on Saturday June 7, is as follows:
NW Culture – hip hop dance act; Jodie Tarney – solo singer; Zoe Leeds – solo singer; David Wilson – magician; Allan Strong – impressionist; Holly Catherine Johnstone – acrobat; Connor Gallagher – guitar player; Clarissa Bousfield – dancer; Lucy McWhirter – solo singer; Amy-Jo Clough – solo singer; Jay Dinsdale – solo singer; Ben Salem – Michael Jackson-style dancer; Kirsty Harvey – solo singer; Eva Anne Parkinson – solo singer; Danny Matthews – drummer; Ciaran Sutcliffe – Elvis Presley impersonator.

The acts will perform on stage on the night in front of a judging panel to include Martin Shenton, professional stunt man and owner of Morecambe's Stunt School; Mary Lucas, former circus performer and now manager of The Platform; Tracey Austin, dance school teacher and Trevor Cooke, DJ and entertainer, who appeared recently on ITV's Britain's Got Talent. The final will be compered by The Visitor's own Greg Lambert.

The Grand Final starts at 7.30pm.
