We have seen so many people over the last few weeks who are struggling to lose weight, and that’s not surprising given that weight loss – real and effective weight loss – is about so much more than calories in and calories out.

Getting your body balanced and understanding your metabolic type is the actual key to proper weight loss, and lack of balance the reason for struggle.

So this week and next I am going to look at some of the most common problems causing weight gain and difficulty with weight loss, and what to do about them.
