WE ARE now into the time of year when we should get out of our comfort zone (armchair and central heating) and start seed sowing.
With the economy as it is we need to be very careful with the cost of heating in the greenhouse. We need to find a way to cut down the cost because if we not the benefits of growing our own vegetables or plants will be lost.
One sure way of saving heat is to section off a part of the greenhouse with bubble polythene.
You only need a small spot to sow seeds so depending on what form of heat you have this can be a real saver.
