Mr Gareth O’Beirne, only son of Mr and Mrs Clive and Jayne O’Beirne of Morecambe, and Miss Elizabeth Cross, younger daughter of Mr and Mrs Paul and Lorraine Cross of Morecambe, were married at Our Lady of the Lakes and Saint Charles Church, Keswick.
The bridegroom is a production manager at BAE Systems and the bride is a materials buyer at Tritech.
Given away by her father, the bride wore a Justin Alexander antique white bridal gown from Butterfly Bridal, Lancaster.
She carried a bouquet of roses, calla lilies and snowberries hand tied with ribbon and pearl pins from Designer Flowers by Chris, Carnforth.
Maid of honour was Jennifer Shiel (bride’s sister) and bridesmaids were Rebecca O’Beirne (groom’s sister), Rebecca Charnley and Carolyn Holmes.
They wore mauve coloured knee-length dresses with V cut at the back and carried smaller bouquets to match the bride’s.
Flower girl was Abi Profitt (aged four).
Best man was Mr Nathan Profitt and Messrs Kevin Wood and Darren Bentham were the groomsmen.
Reception: Armathwaite Hall, Keswick, for 80 guests.
Honeymoon: Cancun, Mexico.
Future home: Heysham.
