A man accused of murdering his partner and son could go on trial this October.
Paul Chadwick, 34, appeared via prison video link at Preston Crown Court today, charged over the deaths of Lisa Clay, 41, and six-year-old Joseph Chadwick.
Their bodies were found at their address on Lowlands Road, Bolton-le-Sands, earlier this month. Both had sustained multiple stab wounds.
A plea and case management hearing was set for July 1 with a provisional trial date of October 14.
There was no application for bail and Chadwick was remanded in custody by Judge Stuart Baker.
