Much-loved artist brings his work to Ashton Memorial

Gorgeous colour paintings of Morecambe and Lancaster landmarks will be available to buy at a special exhibition this weekend.

Popular Caton artist Chas Jacobs will return to Williamson Park’s Ashton Memorial for his annual two-day display of work in his distinctive style.

Chas is renowned for his bold and colourful interpretations of the local area.

This year he has donated two of his recent paintings to The Visitor for us to raise money for our #SaveOurHospice campaign on behalf of St John’s Hospice. One is of Lancaster Castle and the other of the scene at the Lancaster Fireworks Spectacular,

All the family is welcome to come along to Chas’ exhibition, which is open from 11am to 4pm this Saturday (November 30) and Sunday (December 1). Admission is free.
