A POSTMAN has taken delivery of some amazing news – he’s just won more than £80,000 on the Lottery.

Darren Archer matched five numbers plus the bonus ball to scoop £82,573 on the Lotto draw and is now taking his family on holiday.

Darren, from Morecambe, found out he had won after checking his numbers (6, 16, 26, 32, 34 plus the bonus number 33) on TV 24 hours after the draw.

The father-of-three bought the lucky dip ticket from the Bargain Booze off-licence at the bottom of York Bridge. “It all feels very surreal and the fact we have won is still sinking in,” said Darren.
