A poignant gathering was held on Morecambe beach on Tuesday night to remember the 23 Chinese cocklers who lost their lives 10 years ago.
‘Sigh of the Sea’, organised by Morecambe community music organisation and education charity, More Music, saw around 100 people come together at the Clock Tower .
There was a sculptural bonfire, music and singing to mark the anniversary of the tragedy.
