Leading Lancaster employer Citybase Apartments is celebrating this week after announcing strong financial results and growth.

The last six months have seen a 57 per cent increase in revenue compared with the same period in the previous year; bolstered by efficiency savings of one third, the firm is set to have a record-breaking 2016.

This continued performance is why Citybase is actively recruiting new people to join the team of 42 at their offices in Fenton Street.

Managing director Davor Parker spoke of the opportunity “We have expanded our account management team, who are not only incentivised on business volume but on client satisfaction, feedback and the long term success of their accounts.”

“We expect to expand even more this year and will be investing further in technology, CRM and training.

“Many talented people leave the area and, as one of the city’s largest employers, we strive to offer a competitive and rewarding career path and a great place to work.”

Established by Vic Parker and sons Davor and Stuart in 2007, Citybase Apartments is now one of the UK’s leading independent serviced apartments agency with a portfolio of more than 30,000 units worldwide and 8,000 in London alone.

Incorporating sister brand Central London Apartments, Citybase provides the widest choice of serviced apartments in the country offering high quality accommodation across the UK and all major global cities.
