Operation Christmas Child has been launched again this year to help children in need.

Operation Christmas Child works by collecting your gift-filled shoebox – which you will have packed, wrapped and left at one of the local drop off points - and hand delivering it to a child in need.

Baines Bagguley Penhale are supporting the appeal and are one of the drop-off points for Operation Christmas Child.

The deadline for dropping off shoeboxes at their office at 15, Northumberland Street, Morecambe is Friday, November 16.

If you would like more information about this appeal please visit the Operation Christmas Child website at www.operationchristmaschild.org.uk or call in at the Baines Bagguley Penhale office in Morecambe.

Jan Copestake of Baines Bagguley Penhale said: “Over the past 22 years, Operation Christmas Child has delivered 94 million shoeboxes to needy children in over 100 countries.

“We are delighted to be associated with Operation Christmas Child again this year.”
