Frock swap night in aid of hospice

Do you have a dress you’d like to swap and raise money for St John’s Hospice in Lancaster?

If so, the organisers of a ‘Fancy Dress Frock Swap’ event want you to get involved.

The frock swap on Friday, September 27, at Lancaster Brewery, is being organised by Deborah Brookes and Roz from the St John’s Hospice shop at Bowerham in Lancaster.

The event will include cocktails, canapés, cupcakes and clothes swapping with a disco, DJ and auction by TV celebrity Paul Hayes. There will also be music from the Paul Hayes Band.

Go along dressed as your favourite female icon - there will be prizes for the best dressed.

Tickets are £10 and are available from the St John’s Hospice Charity shop in Bowerham - when you buy your ticket you will need take a bag of clothing (maximum 20 items) that you no longer need but that someone else might love then on the night you can take your pick from the clothes rails.
