Families and art-lovers alike are expected to gather across Morecambe this weekend for the Seaside Sculpture Day.
Taking place in the West End Gardens on the seafront, organisers say the new one-day festival is perfect for families enjoying the summer holidays.
The Seaside Sculpture day takes place on Sunday (August 14) from noon to 5pm.
The day will iclude craft making, painting and sculpting for all ages and abilities.
The theme will be Fish and Ships.
There will be plenty of wood to use and hand tools for hire (small charge for nails) and artists and makers helping to guide you.
Other activities include fabric printing, mini-boat making and rope splicing workshops, performances and music stages.
Music comes from The Ukulele Uff and Lonesome Dave Trio, Avant Deux, The More Music Ukulele Orchestra, The More Music Folk Group and the One Sam Band.
