A fire which broke out in a flat is being treated as suspicious.
The fire service were called out at 10.15pm on January 16 and initially thought people were trapped in the property.
Two crews from Morecambe and one from Lancaster attended the scene at a house on Dallam Avenue in Morecambe.
A first floor flat was found to be heavily smoke logged, but all of the occupants had managed to escape prior to the fire crews arrival.
A spokesperson for the Fire Service said: “The fire is of a suspicious nature and is being thoroughly investigated by both the Police and specialist fire investigators.

There were smoke detectors within the property and these operated, raising the alarm.
