A HEYSHAM man was due to be sentenced yesterday, Tuesday, for a string of child sex offences.
Raymond Alan Blaylock, 58, of Connaught Road had earlier pleaded guilty to 13 counts of gross indecency with children under 14.
The charges relate to offences that took place in a Cumbrian village on various dates between March 1980 and July 1986.
Last month residents of Connaught Road Heysham took to the streets when they discovered Blaylock was living on their street, forcing police to take the Heysham power station worker to a safe house.
