A man was the victim of a robbery in Lancaster.
The 67-year-old was walking home along Cedar Road at 10.30pm on Saturday, July 13, when he was grabbed by his neck from behind.
The offender then stole his wallet from his rear pocket before running away.
Detectives are appealing for information and are urging anyone with any information to come forward. DC Sue Palmer said, “This man was left very shaken following the robbery and I am very keen to trace the person responsible.
“If anyone was in the area at the time and saw anything at all then please come forward.”
