Appeal after pedestrian knocked over by car

Police are appealing for the driver of a vehicle that knocked a female pedestrian over to come forward.

At 8.50am on Friday, December 12, a vehicle was travelling down Aldrens Lane near to St Josephs School when it collided with a woman crossing the road.

The driver of the vehicle stopped at the time of the incident but no details were exchanged.

PC Byrony Fell, from Lancaster & Morecambe Police, is requesting the driver of that vehicle to make contact with her in order to establish the full facts of the incident
