ADHD boy not allowed in Morecambe store

A MOTHER is furious after her son, who has attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), was banned from Sainsbury’s.

Stacey Knowles admitted her son, Denton-Jake, seven, had been out of control in the store on Lancaster Road, Morecambe, but says she has apologised for his actions in the past.

She said: “I think it’s bang out of order. I feel like he is being targeted.

“He goes to Lancaster Road School next door, so we usually get his medicine from Sainsbury’s, which I tried to explain.

“I’m not sure what I’m going to do. I don’t want to leave him outside.”
