THIS weekend sees four days of 60s, 70s and 80s music take over the resort.

Beachbash, the biggest event of the Top 20 series, returns for its second year with tributes to a range of acts from down the years.

The event kicks off at the Trimpell Club on Friday night with Bev Wilson’s Kylie Minogue tribute supported by Morecambe girl band Dalton.

The weekend then moves through the years with a celebration of the 1960s on Saturday, 1970s on Sunday and 1980s on Monday.

On Saturday, between noon and 5pm there will be tributes to Billy Fury, Cher and Roy Orbison at The Platform.
