THERE are 100 reasons why you should go out and enjoy live entertainment in Morecambe this summer.

That’s because we have 100 free tickets to give away to see the Morecambe Live season of music festivals.

The Visitor has teamed up with organisers Steve Middlesbrough and Kalimba Events to ensure 10 lucky winners can see a top night of live music in Morecambe for absolutely nothing.

Events included in the competition include a live performance by top Take That tribute act, Fake That, at The Platform in Morecambe.

Our five star prize winners will each win two free pairs of tickets to all participating events in the Morecambe Live 2012 season.

Participating events are:

MORECAMBE LIVE WEEKENDER – Black Eyed Peas and Lady Gaga tribute show; the Platform, Morecambe: Saturday, May 5, 7.30pm

MORECAMBE LIVE WEEKENDER – Take That tribute plus girl band Dalton; the Platform, Morecambe: Sunday May 6, 7.30pm

COUNTRY KICKBACK – Pete Redfearn; Smokey O’Connor’s, Morecambe: Friday, June 1, 7.30pm

COUNTRY KICKBACK – Dolly Parton tribute and Magill; the Platform, Morecambe: Saturday, June 2, 7.30pm

COUNTRY KICKBACK – Paul Bailey and Donna Wylde; the Platform, Morecambe: Sunday, June 3, 7.30pm

BLUESWATER – Uncle Carbunkle; the Platform, Morecambe: Friday, June 22, 7.30pm

BLUESWATER – The Kyla Brox Band plus support; the Platform, Morecambe: Saturday, June 23, 7.30pm

BEACHBASH – The Who, Cliff Richard tributes; the Platform, Morecambe: Saturday, August 25, 7.30pm

BEACHBASH – Bryan Ferry and Roxy Music tribute; the Platform, Morecambe: Sunday, August 26, 7.30pm

Our five runners-up prizes are two free pairs of tickets for the opening night only of the Morecambe Live season, the Black Eyed Peas and Lady Gaga tribute night on May 5 at The Platform.
