Woman dies after fire

A LANCASTER woman who was rescued from a fire in the city on August 27 has died.
Joan Walker, 82 died in the Royal Lancaster Infirmary as a result of the incident at Porritt Ave.

The fire service and police are investigating the cause of the fire.
