Boy killed in road accident in Morecambe

A SEVEN-YEAR-OLD boy died after receiving serious injuries when he was hit by a car in Morecambe's West End.
Wojciech Krzystek died at the Royal Lancaster Infirmary forty minutes after the collision at Westminster Road at 4.40pm on Thursday.

Nearby roads were closed for hours after the accident.

Wojciech is believed to have been in collision with a Peugeot 206.
