Motorcyclist killed in crash

A MOTORCYCLIST was killed in a crash on the A683 Hornby to Melling Road on Saturday morning.
The man, believed to be in his 50s and from the Preston area, was pronounced dead at the scene following the incident at around 11am. No other vehicles were thought to have been involved.

Police are appealing for witnesses. Anyone with any information should call Lancaster Police on 01524 63333.
