A SHED on allotments off Torrisholme Road was broken into between July 21 and 22. A strimmer and hand tools worth £100 were stolen.
POLICE are linking two house burglaries in which a couple of expensive cars were stolen.
Sometime during the night of July 21 to 22 two properties on Chelmsford Close in Lancaster were broken into.
Thieves took the keys to a dark blue diesel Rang
e Rover worth £20,000 and keys to a Honda Civic worth £15,000 and drove off in them.
The Range Rover was later recovered in Liverpool but the Honda Civic has yet to be found.
A Blackberry mobile phone worth £100 was also stolen from one property, and from the other property, cds, a child seat, a motorcycle helmet, leathers and gloves worth £1,000 were taken.
A VAUXHALL Nova parked on Kings Drive in Carnforth was broken into during the early hours of Wednesday, July 23.
A cd player worth £200 was stolen, along with three compact discs.
BURGLARS broke into a property on Battismore Road in Morecambe and stole a number of items during the early hours of Wednesday, July 23.
They ransacked the house after breaking in at the back and left via the front door, taking with them Nokia mobiles, a purse, cartons of cigarettes and a Nintendo DS Lite, worth a total of £851.
