Speed dating will be on the menu at the North West Vegan Festival in Lancaster this weekend.
The event kicks off at 11am on Saturday June 7 at both Lancaster Town Hall in Dalton Square and The Gregson Centre in Moor Lane.
At the town hall, there will be 90 stalls, a smoothie demonstration and talk by vegan retired Everton and Swansea City footballer Neil Robinson, other talks, a cookery demonstration, speed dating and meeting, and free vegan food.
The event finishes at midnight.
At the Gregson Centre, again until midnight, there will be a vegan beer and wine festival, a special extra vegan menu, films in a 26-seat cinema, and a 10-stall flea market to raise money for animal related causes.
All proceeds go to the volunteer-run registered animal charity International Aid for the Protection and Welfare of Animals (IAPWA).

Famous vegans now include Pamela Anderson, Bill Clinton, Al Gore, Mike Tyson, Venus Williams and Ozzy Osbourne among others .
Admission is £1.50 which includes entry to both venues on the day.
